Important: The vast majority of tools on this site process your files and data entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to our servers unless explicitly stated (e.g., the Google sign-in flow for gated tools).

When you sign in with Google

To access gated tools (such as Compress Excel), you can sign in using your Google account. We receive and store your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We also store your IP address and browser user-agent at sign-in time for security and session management.

Session data

An encrypted session cookie is stored in your browser for up to 7 days after sign-in. It contains minimal user identifiers. The session is invalidated on logout or after 7 days, whichever comes first.

Analytics (optional)

We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (page views, tool usage frequency). This data is anonymized and not tied to your account.

Tool inputs (client-side tools)

Files or text you process in client-side tools (QR generator, image optimizer, converters, etc.) never leave your device. No data is transmitted to our servers.
