2. Description of Service

Daily Tools is a free collection of browser-based utilities for developers and designers, including (but not limited to) QR code generators, file converters, text processors, calculators, and file compressors. Some tools require signing in with a Google account.

Client-side processing: The majority of tools process your data locally in your browser. No files or inputs are transmitted to our servers unless the tool description explicitly states otherwise.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use Daily Tools only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• •Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its servers
• •Scrape, copy, or resell any part of the service without prior written consent
• •Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage restrictions

4. Account & Authentication

Certain tools require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Sessions expire after 7 days and you may log out at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Daily Tools website, its design, code, and branding are the property of Denny Aris Setiawan. You retain full ownership of any content or files you process using the tools. We claim no rights over your inputs or outputs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Daily Tools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Always keep backups of important files before processing them with any online tool.
